Firework after the exhibition:

29th March 2007, at Tate Gallery

The exhibition was much bigger than I had thought. There was firework waiting after rather exhausting walk through the all exhibition. We all went out and waited for the firework by Meresy River.

One of the guys who work at The Tate Gallery told us that they decided to have firework because they wanted to have something special to exhibit to represent China. I didn’t know firework was a symbol of China though.

a0072144_3354857.jpgIt was however one of the best firework I have every seen in Liverpool or Englan, and I was quite impressed, as most of the time firework in England is rubbish, compared to Japanese firework. I still clearly remember how shocking it was when I first watched this firework on Guy Folks Days in Liverpool. There is usually no degree of craftsmanship found in English firework, honestly.

After having enjoyed “cultural” activities, no doubt of going to a pub for beer!

I was with bunches of Italian today. It was really fun having listening to their conversation. Italians love festivals and events like this, don’t they? 

In the pub, all the Italians who sat at the right side of the table started to sing in Italian and English who sat at the left side looked horrified (hahaha). I was in the middle, between them, but of course I took Italian side!

A very international night it was, and I truly enjoyed the day.
